About Greenview Landscaping, Inc.

Greenview Landscaping, Inc. is a fully licensed and insured landscaping business proudly serving the Tampa Bay area for more than 35 years. Founded by Larry Rhum, the company grew from his lifelong interest in landscaping, which began while growing up on his family's farm in Tennessee. That early experience helped shape the hands-on approach and work ethic that remain part of foundation of Greenview Landscaping today.

Now proudly owned and operated by Larry's son, Adam Rhum, Greenview continues as a second-generation, family-run business. Adam has worked with Greenview for more than 25 years and brings extensive hands-on experience in commercial landscaping and property maintenance. He earned a degree in Business Management from Florida State University and is a Certified Pest Control Operator, Limited Urban Commercial Fertilizer Applicator, and Limited Commercial Landscape Maintenance Applicator.

Greenview specializes in commercial landscape design, maintenance, and property improvements for commercial properties, apartment and condominium communities, closely working with HOAs, CDDs, retail centers, and other professionally managed properties. Greenview also provides professional fertilization and pest control services to protect the health, beauty, and long-term vitality of the landscapes we maintain.

We are committed to dependable service, responsive communication, quality workmanship, and attention to detail. We are also proud to support charitable efforts in the communities we serve. From routine landscape maintenance and enhancements to irrigation, fertilization, pest control, and property improvements, our goal is to keep every property attractive, professional, and well maintained.

If you are looking for an experienced commercial landscaping company with deep local roots and a personal, hands-on approach, we would be proud to serve you.
